RULES AND REGULATIONS:

1. Each participant can choose between writing a poem or a story.
2. Each participant will select chits from 3 out of 4 categories on-thespot. These chits will contain prompts that they have to incorporate into their creative piece.
3. All participants must pick their chits within the first 15 minutes of the competition, after which no participant will allow to enter the competition.
4. Each participant is required to include a title for their creative piece.
5. All pieces must be original and self-written. Entries which include plagiarized content will be disqualified
