GLUE-COS-VITA(COSTUME DESIGNING)

 RULES AND REGULATIONS:

1. Team of 3+1(one person being dressed) is allowed.
2. Open theme
3. No material will be provided. Participants have to bring their own Material (e.g. newspaper, coloured sheets, wires, etc.)
4. You have to make all things on the spot, you can't use pre made things.
5. Time limit: 4 hours.
